1. Nationwide Delivery

  • Standard Shipping Rate:
    We offer a flat-rate nationwide delivery fee of R800 for all standard orders within South Africa.

  • Discounted Shipping:
    For large orders or multiple unit purchases, discounted delivery rates may apply. Please contact us prior to ordering or during checkout to inquire about eligible discounts.

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    All orders are processed promptly and delivered within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and stock availability.

  • Delivery Areas:
    We deliver across all major cities and regions within South Africa. For remote areas, additional time may be required.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).


3. Pickup Option – Available 24/7

We offer a 24/7 pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

A: Yes, but only if the order has not been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible to request a change.

Q: Do you deliver on weekends?
A: Standard deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday). Weekend deliveries may be available in select areas at an additional fee – contact us for arrangements.

Q: What if my order is delayed?
A: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, courier delays) may occasionally cause delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within South Africa. For special export requests, please contact our support team.
